Dancing With The Elements Class (6-week series)
The 5 elemental energies of ether, air, fire, water, and earth move within our bodies as they do in all of nature. When they are flowing freely and harmonizing with each other we experience physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being . Through movement, self-massage, and guided meditation we will open these energies, creating greater balance within and a deeper connection with each other and all of life.
