Laura has been in private practice as a wholistic bodyworker and body-centered therapist since 1985, weaving bodywork, movement practices, expressive arts, and spiritual psychology. She is a Certified Zero Balancer, Registered Polarity Practitioner, Craniosacral Therapist, Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, Registered Somatic Movement Therapist, Authentic Movement teacher, Hatha Yoga Teacher, and Certified Educator of Infant Massage.   Laura enjoys working with children as well as adults. She has trained extensively in Castellino Birth and Pre-Natal Therapy, has taught in Waldorf Early Childhood classrooms, teaches Music Together to caregivers and their young children, and Infant Massage to parents and babies.

   Laura’s long-term studies in the healing arts reflect a deep commitment to use her skills to assist in personal and planetary healing. She brings a deep respect for the sacredness of the healing journey, healthy relationship, loving touch, and creative expression to her work. Laura’s facilitation style emphasizes presence, engagement, self-responsibility, embodiment, and authenticity as foundational to healing. Drawing from all her studies Laura uses the body as a doorway to healing. Her interactive style facilitates physical, mental, and emotional integration within a spiritual and energetic context.
