Chanting, toning, sounding, and singing are as old as humankind itself. The creative river of human voice flows naturally from breath into sound and song. As we learn to listen with loving attention to our own and others’ voices in a safe supportive environment our sacred connection with ourselves, each other, and the planet deepens.

   Laura studied Spirit Song with Mary Elizabeth Wheeler for several years and completed Indigo River Teacher Training in 1995 in Lincoln, MA. She has been singing and playing folk guitar for 40 years. Laura is Level 1 Certified in Acutonics and loves exploring how the resonance of tuning forks and Himalayan singing bowls balance the body-mind-energy system. She is also certified to teach Music Together, an early education program for young children and their caregivers.
